Orders & Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?
No. Every order ships free within the United States.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the USA only, including all 50 states.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order ships.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at earnblade@zohomail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return any eligible item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free.

How do I start a return?
Email earnblade@zohomail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Jewelry & Care

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Pieces labeled "Waterproof" are made to handle water, sweat and everyday wear without tarnishing. Pieces labeled "Water Resistant" can handle splashes but are best removed before swimming or showering.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our waterproof pieces are designed to resist tarnishing with normal wear. See our Jewelry Care Guide to keep everything looking its best.

How do I find my ring size?
Use our Ring Size Guide. Many of our rings are also adjustable for an easy fit.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Every piece arrives ready to gift. Our sets and bundles make especially easy gifts.
